All
those who participate in the NDW Virtual Kickline from June
1, 2006 through April 20, 2007 by virtue of making a donation
to National Dance Week will automatically be entered in
the daily drawings.

One drawing per day will be done between the dates of April
20, 2007 and April 29, 2007, inclusive, selecting at random
one winner of a National Dance Week gift package per day.

Winners will be
posted daily on
www.nationaldanceweek.org during National Dance Week.

Winners will be notified by mail by receipt of their gift package.

Contents of
gift package will be determined at the sole discretion of the United Dance
Merchants of America ("UDMA") and National Dance Week ("NDW") personnel.
Contents may vary by day, and may be different than represented or described.
Each gift package will have a retail value of at least $100.

The contest is
open to U.S. citizens at least 18 years old. Employees and directors of UDMA
member companies, and the immediate family or members of their same households
of such employees and directors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Persons
not wishing to make a contribution but wishing to enter
the drawings may send a 3"x5" card containing
name, address, and phone number to: NDW Drawing, c/o UDMA,
376 MAIN ROAD GRANVILLE, MA 01034. All entries
must arrive no later than April 20, 2007.

Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries
received.

name of winners mail a self-addressed stamped envelope for
receipt by May 21, 2007 to: NDW Winners, c/o 376 MAIN ROAD
GRANVILLE, MA 01034. For full Official Rules mail a self-addressed
stamped envelope to the above address marked "OFFICIAL
RULES NDW DRAWINGS".
