Sarah Jo Fazio currently lives in New York City and is choreographing and teaching all over the country. 

She most recently choreographed the UDMA fashion show and was seen on the CBS morning show.  She has served as co-choreographer and artistic consultant on the Las Vegas show "Bite" for Molyneux Entertainment as well as choreographed the Carman "Heart of a Champion" Tour which premiered on Pay Per View, as well as the Dino "Christmas Spectacular" which aired on QVC. 

She has choreographed and directed Six Flags productions all over the country and has co-produced the show "Industrial Movement" for Silvertree Productions. 

She has choreographed half time shows for the New York Knicks, San Antonio Spurs, the Oklahoma City CAVS and has directed the show "Cirquo Magnifico" in Houston, TX. 

Her choreographic credits include such musicals as "Crazy For You", "Anything Goes", "Damn Yankees",  "Grease", "Les Miserables", "Singing In The Rain", and "Suessical-The Musical". 

Sarah is the past recipient of the "America's Young Choreographer Award", and has worked with one of the original top ten American Idol contestants.  

She is a graduate of Oklahoma City University, and works for such organizations as Dance Olympus, International Dance Challenge, Tamjams, Dance America, and Starstruck. 

Sarah has many CD's on the Statler Recording Label as well as a dance instructional video for intermediate and advanced dancers. Sarah is excited and proud to become the Artistic Director for the PCD Preparatory Company and looks forward to a wonderful year.

To celebrate how dance is part of life, and how it can be part of every person, the National Dance Week Foundation encourages every city and town in the U.S. to “get up and dance!” And how better to engage the public than to stage a NDW-themed flash mob, all on the same day (April 27, 2013), all around the country! 

You know what a flash mob is – the great videos you see on TV or on YouTube, where in the middle of a run-of-the-mill public place, like a shopping mall or a train station, a few people break out in dance… then a few more join in… then more. And coincidentally, they all know the choreography! Of course it isn’t coincidence, but it definitely is totally cool and is a real attention grabber. And anybody can do it.

Now imagine that scenario, but on the same day, across the country, everyone wearing matching t-shirts, doing the same choreography, in shopping malls, train stations, and grocery stores. It’ll be all that YouTube and Facebook will be able to talk about! And therein lies the goal… bring the fun, engaging, anybody-can-do-it attitude about dance to the general public.
